Shoot Kit
This week I’ve been prepping for our next big shoot in a couple weeks and building a small kit of must-haves while on set. I purchased the Sidekick ArtBin because of all the great little compartments. Let me walk you through it:
Compartment ONE
Wire Flush Cutters (I love these especially for cutting zip ties so that they’re flush and don’t scratch someone)
LOTS of Pens (I love these Paper Mate Ink Joy)
Compartment TWO
Benadryl (For any allergic reactions. Also, liquid gets into your system faster than pill form.)
Double-sided Tape for Clothing (Safe to stick to skin and clothes)
Compartment THREE
Ziploc Bags (assortment)
Bug Spray / Sunscreen (even though we shoot indoors, it’s nice to have for load in/out)
Not pictured: I always have my flashlight, notepad, and multitool on my backpack with me. I can’t mention enough to make sure you have a First Aid Kit on-set. You don’t want to run into an emergency and be without one.
What else would you add to the kit? Comment below and let me know!
